Briefing & Feasibility

We liaise with you to draw out a detailed Design Brief outlining your design aspirations and assist you to assess the feasibility and viability of your project.

Design & Drafting

We develop your design ideas into a tangible form. We provide sketch designs to consolidate the project brief, work through material selections and construction requirements through Design Development and put together all Tender drawings and Specifications to allow the Builder/Contractor to construct the agreed design.

Project Management

We manage coordination with Engineering consultants, Surveyors, Local authorities and Building Contractors from project inception through to the the final built form ensuring that the building complies with local regulations, is in keeping with international standards and is delivered in a cost effective and timely manner.

Cost Control

We work with highly qualified Valuers and Quantity Surveyors to give you a realistic estimation of project costs and provide real time cost tracking that will assist you make informed cost decisions.

Flexible Project Engagement

We also provide partial project engagement and project consultancy services. We are happy to work with your preferred Consultants or Contractors as the need arises for your project.

Property Management

We offer management services to cater to all types of property owners in the Diaspora. Services include, tenancy management, regular status reporting, maintenance inspections and coordination, property appraisals and recommendations for income maximisation.
